Enjoyed the hotel, it was BEAUTIFUL with marvellous and stunning location in the President restaurant. The staff was very good, and requests were handled quickly. Location: the property was close to a beautiful park, and the train station and the main street. Easily reached Chez Mademoiselle Divonne, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Charming hotel with a great concept of superior king rooms. Fresh food with a wide variety of options. Excellent central location close to walkable restaurants and a peaceful park with old trees. The terrace of the restaurant allows smoking, which is convenient while dining.

The location was comfortable and peaceful, just 5 min walk from Ville de Divonne-les-Bains. The breakfast was great, they make variety of meals. The staff was well-trained, helpful.

Shame the bathroom was old.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was equipped with everything I needed and offered a stunning view of Mont Blanc from the spacious balcony. The heated pool was a highlight, even in September. The bar and restaurant were top-notch, with excellent prices for the quality. The art deco style throughout the hotel was beautiful and tastefully updated. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

During our stay at Le Grand Hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade we received. When we arrived, our room was still being cleaned, but instead of making us wait, they upgraded us to a better room with a wonderful view. The location of the hotel was also great, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The President restaurant at the hotel had delicious food, and we particularly enjoyed the unique English theme at the President's Bar. The hotel's art deco style added a touch of elegance, and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a minibar, satellite TV, and climate control. The hotel's location near the train station and beautiful gardens was convenient. The President restaurant was a lovely bonus.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at a hotel with history and character. Service is excellent. Staff speaks many languages and are very accommodating to requests. The hotel features a charming garden that is perfect for an evening stroll. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants a short walk away. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby attractions.

Some parts of the hotel need updating, such as the showers and hairdryers. The heating in the rooms is efficient but can be too warm at times.
